Posted @withrepost • @modernourishment I’m pretty new to bone broth but there’s no turning back, I’m obsessed! I mostly cook with it for soups or just drink it straight out of a mug.
A friend told me to just add some chilli flakes, garlic, cayenne and turmeric if you’re feeling under the weather, and let me tell ya, it works!! This time around I chopped up some spinach, you can also swap it for green onion, parsley or cilantro.
There’s so many health benefits to bone broth, but one of my favourites has to be for gut health. Bone broth can aid in eliminating any anti-inflammatory amino acids in the body, and so much more!
