Andouille Sausage Wild Rice


-1 Package Andouille Sausage  w/skin removed (Grimms Fine Foods)
-1 Cup Wild Rice
-2 Cups  of Bones & Marrow Broth (Bare Bones)
-1/2 Cup Grape Tomatoes
-1/2 Chopped Red Pepper
-1/2 Chopped Green Pepper
-1/2 White Onion
-1 Tsp Minced Garlic
-4-5 Chopped Mushrooms
-1 Tablespoon Paprika
-1 Tsp Oregano
-Salt + Pepper to Taste

1. In large pan heated over low-medium heat, add garlic, onions, and peppers, browning until fragrant and lightly softened.
2. Add Chopped Andouille Sausage to mixture and cook 3-4 minutes.
3. Add Bone broth, Wild Rice and simmer for 10-15 min on low heat until rice is tender. Serve
