Andouille Sausage Wild Rice


1 Package Andouille Sausage  w/skin removed (Grimms Fine Foods)

1 Cup Wild Rice

2 Cups  of Bones & Marrow Broth (Bare Bones)

1/2 Cup Grape Tomatoes

1/2 Chopped Red Pepper

1/2 Chopped Green Pepper

1/2 White Onion

1 Tsp. Minced Garlic

4-5 Chopped Mushrooms

1 Tbsp. Paprika

1 Tsp. Oregano

Salt and Pepper to Taste


Heat 1 Tbsp. Butter in a pan and add 1 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning and Prawns, letting them cook about two minutes a side.

In large pan heated over low-medium heat, add Garlic, Onions, and Peppers, browning until fragrant and lightly softened.

Add Chopped Andouille Sausage to mixture and cook 3-4 minutes.

Add Bone Broth, Wild Rice and simmer for 10-15 min on low heat until Rice is tender.
