Marinated Green Onions

cleaned and sliced green onion stocks
Ingredients:

1/2 bunch green onions
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. sesame seeds 
instructions:

Clean and chop green onion stocks, saving the white of the stocks for later use. 
In a bowl add chopped green onions, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds
Gently whisk ingredients together until well combined and let sit as you prepare the rest of your ramen ingredients
Create your ramen bowl with bones and marrow ramen broth, your favourite ramen noodles, and any other toppings you enjoy
Top your bowl with the marinated green onions and enjoy!
