Chili Lime Shrimp

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 pound shrimp
1 tsp. chili powder*
2 shallots
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
2 garlic cloves
1 lime, squeezed fresh
1 lime, sliced for garnish
 

*Chili powder – adjust to your desired spice level.

instructions:

Finely chop shallots, grate ginger and mince garlic. 
Heat 2 Tbsp. sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the shallots, ginger and garlic, stir to cover in sesame oil and cook until fragrant 
Add shrimp and sprinkle with 1 tsp. chili powder. 
Cook until shrimp is firm and pink stirring occasionally.
Squeeze lime juice overtop shrimp and use extra lime slices to garnish your ramen bowl.
