Jimmy Chau Ramen Bowl

A freshly made bowl of ramen topped with eggs, peas, mushroom and garnished with cilantro
Ingredients:

Ramen Noodles (of your choice)
Bones and Marrow Ramen Broth
 
Soft boiled egg
Shiitake mushrooms
Sugar peas
Canned Abalone (a delicacy that can be found in more Asian supermarkets)
or substitute Abalone for Char sir (Cantonese–style barbecued pork) as a great alternative.

Cook ramen noodles according to your package and heat your broth on the stove in a pot. 
 
 
Assembly
Add cooked ramen noodles to a large bowl. Ladle hot Bones & Marrow Ramen Broth over top of the noodles. Add the Shiitake Mushrooms, Sugar Peas, Soft Boiled Eggs and Abalone or Char Sir (if using).
